"This office took over for Jack G. when he was done. We have had State Farm for 15+ years always paid on time only contacted office to change vehicles when we purchased them. A few months ago we did this for my sons Camry. We were quoted one price then was billed for a much higher price. Then was corrected then was not then called them again and asked them to follow up once done. Lady at this office did so but never had issues like this with jack. Had a hard time explaining prorates in my opinion but whatever. Then we get a letter they are canceling our comprehensive coverage due to some windshield claims. Only way to fix this apparently is dropping someone from household or agreeing to have this (comprehensive coverage) removed. Needless to say we are done with state farm. While this isn’t entirely on Brady and his office he represents them and his response to this is not satisfactory. No accidents in years and if there were some in past they were faults of other party. It’s sad this is how it is now with insurance you pay the premiums for glass coverage then they use it to drop ya."
